Shipping Policy for Print-on-Demand Products

1. Order Processing Time

Each print-on-demand product is made to order to ensure high quality and sustainability. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Processing times may vary based on product type and current demand.

2. Shipping Times and Methods

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic Shipping (UK): 3-10 business days after processing.

• International Shipping: 7-20 business days after processing.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and do not include potential delays caused by customs, postal service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and the weight/size of your order. Exact costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Customs and Duties

For international orders, additional customs, duties, or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is unclaimed, we will notify you. You may choose to have the package reshipped at your expense or request a refund minus the shipping cost.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package at contact@thesingingbinman.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Cancellations and Changes

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, cancellations or changes to your order can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order will begin processing and cannot be modified.
